KPiR - Revenue and Expenditure Book

Pursuant to the Act, the obligation to keep the Book of Income and Expenses applies to sole proprietorships of natural persons, civil and public partnerships (natural persons), and partnerships where income during the tax year does not exceed EUR 2,000,000.00 converted into PLN.


Lump sum

From the registered revenues, intended for natural persons, partnerships, whose revenues during the tax year did not exceed EUR 250,000.00 per zloty, and provided that a given type of activity is not excluded from the possibility to use it under the Act.

Full accounting

Designed for large companies whose revenue exceeds EUR 2,000,000.00 per year. The entrepreneur is obliged to keep accounts based on complete books. The monthly cost of keeping a full bookkeeping starts from PLN 400.00 net.

Human Resources & Wages

HR and payroll activities require knowledge of many regulations and legal aspects. Many of these aspects have been regulated in the basic legal act, which is the current Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code. The monthly cost of settlement of one employee starts from as little as PLN 20.00 net.


If you need help with administrative matters, we have created a department specifically for such tasks! We prepare instructions, regulations and company letters. The price of the service is set individually depending on the demand.


Removal of arrears is a tedious and time-consuming activity, so please contact us and we will solve your problem! We will verify the correctness of accounting records and propose a way of removing the arrears. The price of the service is determined individually.
